I can't see the express shipping option at checkout?

If you cannot see express shipping options at checkout, it may be that you have another product in your cart which does not offer express shipping. Express is only offered on art prints (excluding mini art) and originals, please checkout different products separately.

What's a Limited Edition Print?

Limited edition prints are produced in a set quantity, and once they’re sold out, they won’t be restocked. Each print is individually numbered and signed by Jo, making it a unique and highly collectible piece.

Do you offer payment plans?

Yes! You can shop now and spread the cost, interest free, with Clearpay.

Can I add a gift note to my order?

I always do my best to provide gift notes where possible. Please get in touch as soon as you place your order.

I'm buying my print as a gift, do you include the price within the package?

Don't worry - I don't include a price or invoice with any of my products. Gift notes can be written free of charge for any limited edition or hand signed prints

Where are your products made?

All of my products are proudly made in the UK. I carefully select suppliers who uphold the highest standards of quality while committing to sustainable practices. Many are small, family-run businesses that share my passion for exceptional craftsmanship and service.

I can't add more than one of the products to my basket am I dong something wrong?

Sometimes low stock levels mean you can't add multiple items to your basked due to availability. If you're having trouble placing your order, please get in touch and I'll be happy to help.

I've changed my mind, how do I cancel my order?

I process orders quickly, so cancellations aren’t always possible. However, if you reach out as soon as possible, I’ll do my best to help!

Do you offer custom colouring of your art prints?

Yes I do! Please get in touch to discuss options, most of my art prints can be customised in colour and size.

Do you take on commissions?

Each year, I take on a limited number of large private commissions, primarily working with interior designers. I also offer a select few custom paintings—if you’d like to discuss your ideas, feel free to get in touch.

Packaging & Framing

How will my art be packaged?

All small art prints are packaged in a plain cardboard envelope, protected in a sleeve and backed with a cardboard stiffener. Larger prints are carefully rolled, wrapped in acid-free tissue paper, and shipped in a sturdy cardboard tube.

How will my framed art print be packaged?

All framed art prints are securely packaged in a large recyclable cardboard box. The corners are protected, and the print is wrapped in bubble wrap and fastened to the box to prevent movement during transit. Your framed art print will arrive with a protective plastic film on the front, which should be removed before display.

Can you frame my print for me?

Yes! I’m thrilled to now offer framing for most of my art prints.

Framed art is available for UK customers, and international customers can reach out for a custom quote.

I’ve selected my favourite frame style—a smooth oak style wooden frame for a clean, modern look.

The frame is finished with high-quality acrylic plexiglass, which is a fantastic alternative to glass as it’s less likely to break in transit.

I'd like to choose my own frame - where do I start?

I recommend visiting your local framer for a customised result. Alternatively, there are several online framing services, like Picture Frame Express, where you can design your frame to your exact specifications and even preview it. Please don’t hesitate to get in touch if you need further assistance! :)

Shipping & Returns

Can I return my order?

I have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. See my refund policy for full details

Do you offer express delivery?

I offer express delivery on art prints for international orders. I do not offer express delivery on UK orders because standard mail is most often delivered the next day.

Do you ship worldwide?

Unframed art prints are shipped worldwide. Worldwide shipping is free for orders over £150, shipping is £15 for orders under £150.

Framed art prints are only shipped to the UK (mainland only). Please contact me if you require international shipping.

Why don't you ship framed art worldwide?

Shipping outside the UK can be costly, so I recommend having your artwork framed locally or using an online framing service.

When will my order arrive?

Art Prints usually arrive within 2–4 days for UK customers. For international orders, delivery typically takes up to 14 working days, though in rare cases, it may take up to 30 working days.

Limited Edition and Hand-Signed Prints typically arrive within 1–3 days for UK customers and up to 7 working days for international orders.

I've received my order but its faulty what should I do?

Oh no! I'm so sorry. Please get in touch right away (within 14 days of receiving your item) so a replacement can by arranged.
