30 Day Guarantee
I have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
If you have any doubts about the size of the painting, I offer you an accurate representation of the artwork on your wall. Just send us a picture of your desired wall, and which artwork you would like to see on the wall to info@jolawesart.com
Returns:
You must of course return the box and the work in whole condition. Please make sure it is well wrapped when returning it. I recommend that you save the box and the plastic that the work is wrapped in upon receipt, then you can easily reuse this upon return.
Should you wish to return the artwork, you can contact me at info@jolawesart.com. If your return is accepted, you have to find a shipping company as well as pay for the return shipping on your own and send it to:

Once I have received the product and it is all good I will make the refund and you will receive a full refund for the product - but minus the delivery charge.
Items sent back to me without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact me for any return question at info@jolawesart.com.
Please note, that the price for the return postage can be higher than the price that you paid to have the product shipped to you. That's because our shipping price is often higher than the one you actually paid.
Order Cancellation
Cancellation requests for orders will be entertained within the first 24 hours following the order placement.
You may request a cancellation within the initial 24 hours after placing the order. If a cancellation request is made within this timeframe, the order will be canceled, and the payment will be refunded in full.
On the other hand, if a cancellation request is submitted 24 hours after the order placement, I will still process the cancellation; however, please be aware that the payment made for the order will be forfeited. This is due to the commencement of the production process, which incurs costs and resources.

Unclaimed Package Storage Fee:
If you are unable to claim your package on the designated delivery date, a storage fee of £50 will be applied. This fee is intended to cover the costs associated with holding your package securely in our facilities until it can be claimed by you.
Additional Shipping Fee:
In the event that your package remains unclaimed and the storage fee is applied, you will also be liable to pay an additional shipping fee for the rescheduled delivery of your order. This fee is necessary to cover the costs of reprocessing and reshipping your package to ensure it reaches you promptly.
Forfeiture of Payment:
If your package is returned to me due to repeated unsuccessful delivery attempts or other reasons beyond my control, and you choose not to pay the storage fee and additional shipping fee, your original payment for the order will be forfeited. I regret that I will not be able to provide a refund in this situation, as I have fulfilled my responsibilities to ship the product as per your initial order.
